Sometimes I don't know how many windows that I need and whether I need to mix with fresh set of cookies in multiple incognito windows. Restoring tabs is a pain whether in normal or incognito when cookie was lost. Both of the options is mutually exclusive, If I enabled the confirmation with multiple windows then the last window won't work and vice versa.
Thus, please add third setting of Show confirmation with any windows.
