Unable to start Thorium on Windows for First time use #69

System Details

OS: Windows 10
Thorium Version 116.0.5845.169

Problem

Download Thorium (zip one)
Run Thorium.bat file
Get an error that the application is unable to start

Additional Notes The device I'm trying to download Thorium on is mostly very old device from 13 years ago. So I'm unsure if this is because of it but i would be not surprised if that's the case considering not everything is gonna run normally on it.

Looking at #64, it seems that it does not support mine so i'm unsure on what is the last version to use it. I'm considering closing this but feel free to reply i guess.

I'm mostly using intel icore 3 so i may be needing to use the Thorium special binaries instead. Apologize for opening an duplicated issue.

@DodoGames7 Yeah Thorium regular releases only support CPUs with AVX. Thorium-Special has SSE3 releases for Linux and Windows, which support CPUs as old as the Pentium D (same as upstream Chromium)
