Update request for legacy Thorium 109 #3

For some older hardware, new 117+ builds are too slow. These are Supermium and Thorium SSE2. Can you update Thorium 109? Maybe 96-109. Any old version that still has good web compatibility.

@Stepman123 M109 is already updated to the last version of 109, and contains backported patches from Thorium 116 and below.

@Alex313031 I tested all versions of 109 SSE2 for compatibility with https://telegram.org/ All versions crash the tab after the page has fully loaded. The only way I found to prevent this is to use --js-flags=--noexpose_wasm. But unfortunately, this disables WASM. As a result, animations at the bottom of the page on https://telegram.org/ do not play. This is the only major issue with Thorium 109 SSE2.
