That's on what sites?

Almost on every site. This has happened before for Version 119.0.6045.214 (Official Build) (32-bit), WIN32 SSE2. Sorry, I forgot to report this 2 months ago when the version 122.0.6261.171 released.

Hm, I'm using win 7 x64, sse3 mini installer, this bugs is rarely happens to me. It only sometimes does happens with some heavy sites that tooks many resources to load. One day I reinstalled my windows, I encounted this issue, and after doing some research, I found that the pagefile was disabled. Re-enabling it fixed the issues. You could check if you have it enabled or not by right clicking Computer > Properties > Advanced system settings > Advanced. Under Performance, click Settings. Click the Advanced tab, and then, under Virtual memory, click Change. If you see "automatically manage paging file size for all drives" check box is not marked, it means that the pagefile has been disabled. Try re-enabling it to see if it fixed the issues. If it doesn't fix the bug then I guess the issues may likely come from the browser itself (which needs the dev have to fix). Or it might be your os is missing something.
