Turning off safe browsing makes it very difficult to download files. #734

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is another click you have to press to download files when safe browsing is off, and there's no "ignore forever" button or way to disable it, it seems.

Describe the solution you'd like, including relevant patches or source There should be a button to not show the menu again.
