System Details

Problem What are these notifications? these are not from my system (dunst, mako, etc)

these notifications cannot be closed, they reopen infinitely for x seconds (x is in between 10-15 sec coz its random)

Additional Notes what i want to do is disable these notifications because sometimes i dont do anything and my system notifications start working idk how

but i want notifications but not from this thorium one but instead my linux notification manager or the native notify-send
