Who does this setting affect?
Users with a HiDPI multimonitor setup. Im using an LG C1 52" 4k TV (standard layout) along with a 27 inch (Portrait right) and a 24 inch(Portrait right).

I want a setting so that I can change the bookmark font size, or preferably, the whole menu tab, as it is not ruled by font size. Now, I can use fractional scaling for this, 125% makes the bookmarks and settings readable and large enough, but I really would like an enlargement setting of the entire GUI. Why? Because if I only use scaling on my middle 4k monitor, on the periphery monitors the scaling would turn everything comically large because of their portrait mode and smaller DPI. And it messes with the multi monitor setup, causing edge and size desync when moving mouse and programs to workspaces or monitors (IE, mouse leaves middle monitor in the middle and appears say 3/4s of the way up.
