iOS Builds ? #792

It would be great if we can get iOS builds as well. Chromium default supports iOS builds, Not sure why i couldn't find code for it here

@Yrahate7 Chromium on iOS is a big fake. Like all other browsers for iOS, it is simply a wrapper for the system's webkit component. Essentially just Safari with a different skin.

Not to mention you need a Mac or Hackintosh to build it, and people would have to install it in dev mode which I can't expect average users to know how to do, because I'm not paying the money to get an apple developer account, and paying even more money to get it on the app store.

There's more reasons too. But no, I will probably never build Chromium or Thorium for iOS. If I ever did, it would be out of pure curiosity and wouldn't be released public.

@Alex313031 In EU, ios allows others apart from default one. Maybe sometime later if we get to see a build, it will be great.

@Yrahate7 They have got content_shell with Blink (not WebKit) working on iOS as a proof of concept for possibly rolling out true Chromium to iOS (in those countries).
