f1-f8 not usable. can i use other keys? (question) #12

the server im playing on uses ALL f1-f8 keys for its custom menus. i have to spam or time right when to press the keys due to this

is there any way i can change these binds?

edit: ok f1-f4 do work but only when i close the servers menus.

Unfortunate all key binds are hardcoded into each program and OS itself, it is possible to replace but no easy way to do those without rewrite. Easier will be for server owner add some way to disable custom menus (temporary using chat command or something) or even change binds for it, since i guess it can use default gmod keybinder settings, what is not possible to do via e2.

ok. when you say under each program. could you possibly list those files? or the folder of those files?
