Add post script option #85

A large amount of downloaded videos occupt much space on a disk. The --post-script option allows the user to run a script after every video is downloaded. The script takes the downloaded video filename as the 1st argument. So that the user can use this option to, for example upload the video to a cloud disk, in time.

I'd like to see this flag apply to other types of media as well (images, manga, articles) so I'll look at genericizing it.
