Allow the user to view a minimal list of all posts in the database categorized by their publish date.

I can tell that you have encountered @Ploeh's blog before.

I want to further borrow from his UI in this case - I want the view to resemble this page.

Made a start on this in commit a8f09f6

At the moment the archive view only groups by year. Ideally it will also group by month like this page does.

@JoeMighty I don't think I'll tackle this until late next week. If you're still interested, you should still feel free to take this. I also added a Contributing.Md document to make contributing easier.
