Bunch of fixes and new features

Hi @AlexBieg ! Here is my contribution to this awesome plugin :blush:

I've :

• fixed CTRL not recognized to open in notes in new tab (as mentionned in #64)
• replaced "open in new pane" behavior by "open in new tab" (this is the default behavior of the native Quick Switcher, and is so a better way to mimic it)
• added a "palette-mode" attribute to the modal element, which holds the value of the current palette mode ("commands", "files" or "tags") and so allow for styling and interacting with each mode independently
• added a Display only notes' names setting, which hides notes full paths in the Quick Switcher mode when enabled
• added a Hide .md extensions setting, which hides notes .md extensions when enabled
• added a Recently used text setting, which allows to set a custom text displayed next to recently used items (default: "(recently used)")

Hey @LilaRest, thank you a million! The plugin by @AlexBieg enabled me to hide useless commands from multiple trash plugins from my command palette and your fixes made it possible to use the plugin.

I have tested it thoroughly for the last 2 months and have seen no bugs or issues. I hope that AlexBieg will merge your PR one day, until then I have your fork installed with BRAT.
