Camera placement: I think it's ok to have your face fill much of the screen, looks good, personable and approachable. Rather like a dialogue, albeit in one direction, instead of a "show". Sometimes your hands come up into frame, which is very natural. I wonder if a slightly wider-angle shot which incorporates more of your chest/torso would be better, because it would allow the expressiveness of your hands and arms to come into the delivery. Not sure, but something to consider and experiment with!

Also consider the motion tracking on the webcam is not particularly smooth or appealing. Consider disabling.

Why does the camera inch in and out? It's subtle, not necessarily distracting. Not sure!
