Remove something #672

Is it possible to be able of removing one of the notifications off the list by 
request? For example I don't want it to keep reminding me about someone's 
birthday. When I have a meeting or something, I do want to be reminded. Maybe a 
swipe gesture for swiping them off the screen? That feature would be great.
