galaxy s3 - sms and missed call widget conflict with dashclock #685

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When i receive missed call or message .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see the dashclock widget when i push the power button. Instead, i 
see the samsung widget for missed call or message. I have to swipe left to see 
the dashclock widget.

What version of the product are you using?
1.6

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?

Galaxy s3 and stock 4.3 

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
 Stock launcher , touchwiz.

Please provide any additional information below.

In this situation i see the dashclock unusable and i can t use it.
