What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play music with a lock screen widget
2.Unlock screen.
3.Intermittently observe flashing if lock screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
Most recent update

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?

Alcatel Fierce android 4.2.2
Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
