Can't add to app to lock screen #738

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i click "+" to add a widget
2. DashClock isn't a choice
3. the enable widgets is enabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to see DashClock in the list of apps.  Don't see it.

What version of the product are you using?
1.6

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
samsung galaxy s4; latest android

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
