Temperature units only in F #758

Celcius is available option in settings but inspite of Celcius being active, in 
lock screen the temps are still in fahrenheits.

What version of the product are you using?
1.6

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
4.4.2, Nexus 5

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
Nope. Stock which came with the phone.
