Unknown Product Identifier - Help #253

When I create products, it just gives me a product id without com.companyname etc. Is this normal?

I've tried prefixing it with the bundle id, etc, and nothing has worked.

Nevermind... it works if I just make up anything . anything . anything and put before the product id when creating it.
