Trouble installing plugin on Cordova 9.0.0 #288

Hi -

Love this plugin. I'm using it with iOS, running an earlier version of Cordova, and it's working great!

Now I'm trying to install it on a separate machine using current Cordova versions and I can't get it installed.

I tried the nofetch option and it didn't help. I believe nofetch has been removed anyway from the latest Cordova.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated!

Terminal output when I try to instal:

Failed to fetch plugin file:plugins/cordova-plugin-inapppurchase via registry. Probably this is either a connection problem, or plugin spec is incorrect. Check your connection and plugin name/version/URL. Error: npm: Command failed with exit code 1 Error output: npm ERR! code ENOLOCAL npm ERR!
