Changing base url from: www.thetvdb.com to thetvdb.com #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to access tvdb information (e.g. refresh)
2. When site is down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The TVDB websites uses the url "thetvdb.com" to manage its mirrors so that even
when one goes down you still get redirected to an active url.
This does not appear to be the case for "www.thetvdb.com".

The outcome is that by using the "www" url TV Rename encounters a 503 Server
Unavailable issue which would not occur had the base url been just
"http://thetvdb.com".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TV Rename 2.24
Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Had a look on the forums of TVDB and it appears to be a widespread issue across
applications see: http://forums.thetvdb.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=12867

Thanks for the solution it works great!

By the way, below is a post by the forum admin of thetvdb site in which he
states that "thetvdb.com" should always be preferred to the "www.thetvdb.com"
url

Looks like we've sorted out our issues with Cloudflare now. Sorry for not
saying much but to be honest we didn't really know what the problem was so
there was little we could say.

As for those of you who asked about if you should use www.thetvdb.com or
thetvdb.com. We've always told people to use thetvdb.com and we'll stick to
that. I admit the wiki is poorly written on this point since it says to use
thetvdb.com but then many of the examples actually use www.thetvdb.com. The
truth is both work exactly the same right now. We have talked about switching
it so just one works and auto forwarding the other but we haven't done it yet.
Over all it is better for us if everyone uses the same one as it simplifies
some of our server issues and means we don't have to waste resources forwarding
people.
