Support for Generation and fetching of Lorem Ipsum from various APIs

Should support a variety of Lorem Ipsum Generators.

Planning to add Dino Ipsum, a key-less dinosaur themed Lorem Ipsum generator.

Has versatility and simplicity, returns user selected number of paragraphs of user desired word count.
