Support creation of galleries #23

I'm new to the API and the great work you've been doing, but looks like when an album is greated, by default, it is put into "other" gallery and I found no way to rename that gallery or create a new gallery with a desired name.

Which version of the API are you using?

I was trying 1.3 but would prefer to use the 2.0 if it is stable?

2.0 is not yet stable from my end. Working on it, but 1.3.0 is the last stable one.
