fl.interval~ /on parameter doesnt do anything #65

Building from c49f99dd03bb29a8fd7cb467fb30cb2a0bc86ffd and fl.interval~ on parameter doesn't affect the output of the object.

This is now the expected default behaviour. If you set the (as yet probably undocumented) /switchable parameter to 1 then it will work as before. This is for reasons of efficiency.
