Self explanatory really.

I think something with che concept of railways/railroads and trains in it, railwaycraft/railroadcraft could be maybe not so original, so simply trains and railways for minecraft, then TaR or just TR (also RaT and RT)

-Project: Trains (name idea abit from Project:Red since its a remade of redpower but that mod cant be named that so its named project:red like the same problem here with traincraft)

-ChooChooCraft : Becuase trains say ChooChoo (mainly stream trains) (maybe abit stupid idea)

-TrainMC: simple but a effective name still MC is ofc for minecraft

might also be a good idea to maybe start a thread over at http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums about this mod so more people knows about it maybe so people will let the traincraft thread die and we have a fresh now one for this mod(as soon we got a name for it ofc)

This mod is quite a way away from now so I don't want (or need) to announce it anywhere until its actually ready for release. I also don't need a lot of ideas to implement so I don't need lots of people to know about it.

Just some don'ts: no craft and no MC in the name. really get creative mod authors & community! We need something that is more like "BOOOOOM!!"

@mariodk the ChooChoo part is very creative. Think more in this abstract way

i dont think the mod is dead since it looks like it might be a part of future Railcraft version or a offcial addon to it(the bigger curved tracks & etc.) for the trains them self we might needing to make a other mod but im sure train mods will pop up onces we get bigger curved tracks & etc. that is compat with vanilla/railcraft minecarts

There is a chance that the curves are implemented in railcraft. Nothing else. The mod is dead
