Hi

I am facing the same issue when I am trying to solve CAPTCHA under non js
(noscript tag) method.

How much ever I try, it doesnt give correct random text to solve CAPTCHA.

For the last month (2015 April-June), reCaptcha has been wrong. It does not
happen always, but often enough to confirm that it is broken compared to the
past (reCaptcha fails to know the correct answer 10-20% of the time.)

I have been cycling through the questions for ###s that are clear (to ensure
that the problem is not on my end due to blurry pictures.) I have never seen
the system so bugged. 10-20% of the time is a terrible false failure rate.

How does the system know the correct answer if it is wrong so many times--is it
using a voting method for determining the correct answer? Does it reject
correct answers while it is polling for a consensus of the correct answer?
Does the photographer not submit the correct answer?
