Combo boxes pretending to be lists

Tasks:

[x] Settings Gui working with ASR-Debugger
[x] Settings Gui working with LiveSplit Windows AutoSplittingRuntime Component (sort of, it works when building the list back-to-front, but front-to-back has a scrolling issue)
[x] Test whether settings gui "update" calls in the main loop slow down the normal functioning of the autosplitter a noticeable amount or not.
