Eject after completion option #14

Since some computers generate a lot of heat it would be better to pop the
disc out (by default I'd say) so that if a person wanders off or forgets
their CD won't slowly cook.

I guess the 'eject' utility would be perfect to handle this. I will make it an  
option in Ripping settings -> Extra options. 
Note to myself: have to test if the eject utility is actually there, if not 
skip 
the action. There will be a tip shown in the gui that it needs the 'eject' 
program 
(similar like freedb).

Sounds good to me.  Eject is pretty standard, but I'm only really familiar with 
Linux.

Fixed at revision 17. Though I forgot the tip in the gui that you'd need the 
eject 
program. Will be in next revision.
