Uranium Rods do not smelt the intended amount of items in Nuclear Furnace #1036

A single Uranium Rod can only smelt 60 items instead of the 64 mentioned in the Cave Compendium.

Additionally, A Uranium Rod can only smelt 30 items if the configuration; Nuclear_Furnace_Blasting_Only is set to false.
