When applying a Union Jack Ensign banner pattern onto a banner, no visible change occurs on the banner.
The banner I tested this on was: Blue base -> White Star Cross -> Red Union Jack Ensign
The Star Cross pattern worked fine, but when applying the red Union Jack Ensign on top, the resulting banner was unchanged and there was no red visible anywhere on the banner.
This has not been comprehensively tested and it is possible it is a bug which is local to my particular configuration. Please let me know if you are able to reproduce.
