Can't pick up mosquito sac #612

Went to the nether and killed a mosquito but I cant pick up its blood sac thing.

Not sure what caused it but when I left to save and reset the game my game hung on "saving world" and then when I came back I had no issues so it actually probably wasnt related to this mod

Definitely unrelated. That just sounds like lag
