opening worlds for the second time, and only the second time, gives the notification 'failed to access world' and causes new chunks to not match established world gen (biome, terrain ect), if using datapacks of any kind.
using citadel 2.1.4, forge 43.3.0, minecraft 1.19.2, singleplayer.
tested with terralith, incendium, nullscape, continents datapacks from starlabs, utility crafting from armoured monkey, tectonic from apollo404.
