Somehow doesnt work #31

So I installed the mod, since I saw this mod on YouTube and wanted to try it out myself. I haven't played minecraft in ages so I reinstalled it completely and got the latest version of everything. The mod says workable from 1.16.1-1.16.5, which means I installed the latest version of the forge as well. Is that wrong? Like- my game doesnt crash or anything its just that the mod is in my folder but doesnt work when I join a single player world. Did anybode had the same issue as I do and can somehow help me? :(

Citadel itself is just a Library mod. It doesnt do anything itself but it provides useful tools for other mod developers
