Ok so my idea is: very rare mutations of dragons. A fire dragon that breathes blue fire, lightning dragon that breathes red lightning, and an ice dragon that breathes black ice. They'd have special (guaranteed, bc finding them would already be a hassle) drops that could be used with a dragon egg of corresponding type to ensure the baby dragon will get the same mutation as well. Red lightning would be like normal lightning, but more damage and it sets entities (but not blocks) on fire. Black ice would give the wither effect for 1 second and blue fire would do some funky business (haven't come up with what it'd do yet)
