This new biome would be found in the overworld or the new dread lands dimension the glaciers would have frozen dragons and other creatures there some will be skeletons and some will look like a normal creatures but some will come to life or they’re still alive and waiting to be freed from they’re icy prison. but of course there will be other mobs like dread lichs that would be the one to bring the creatures to life and maybe dreaded pirates or people that were mining into the glaciers. And maybe a new variant of Stymphalian Bird a bigger and icy variant that rule the glaciers.
