[Suggestion] Hippocampus's move slower #187

When you try to tame them, they move faster than you can keep up with them, and they never sit still so it's nearly impossible to tame them and have them whenever you come across one. It may just be me, but I'd like to see the speed of the Hippocampus's lowered a tiny bit where's more accessible and a tad less difficult than usual.

Just grab a sponge. ANd are you trying to tame them like vanilla horses? Because that's not how you do it. Tame them with sponges. And they are supposed to be fast so you have a reason to tame them. Sponges make them follow you

Making them slower will completely defeat the purpose of taming them. We already have hippogryphs and dragons and the hippocampus needs to be able to compete
