Hippocampi in rivers, like river dolphins. #35

Hippocampus spawning in river biomes. To prevent them from spawning in little puddles there could be a minimum space requirement, like there is for saplings to grow. A 7x7x7 square area of unobstructed water source blocks might be good. Only very deep and wide rivers have space like that, the ones that can be used to get around by boat.

Criticism encouraged.

I'm worried that it could lead to them getting stuck in closed off sections of river. River biomes are often just trails between biomes that don't even have water, so the minimal space requirement is supposed to prevent them from getting stuck in rivers that go nowhere or rivers that are shallow and broken up. Any thoughts?
