Villager Merchants and the Oni

It would be cool to have villager merchants that could be found wandering through out the world, they could be found in both snow and regular variants, dependent on the biome type. Rarer items could be traded with merchants, at through out their travels they may have even found a couple things such dragon scales or wither bones.

An Oni in Ice and Fire would be a shape changer, they could sometimes spawn instead a villager or villager merchant. During the day they would appear to be just any other villager, however come night they may change shape and attack you or other villagers. If you were to cause enough damage to one while it was in a different form it would change into its true form. In sunlight it would suffer debuffs weakening it, but not harming it has much as it would harm other creatures of darkness like undead or trolls. Its attacks would give the target the wither effect and its stare would instill fear in the hearts of even the bravest warriors, giving them weakness and slowness.
