[Bug]: using a bottle on a dragon when inventory is full doesnt drop blood?

What happened?

So this has happened at least twice where I click on a dragon with a stack of bottles, but, though the bottles are consumed, no blood is dropped to the ground or anything. This seems to happen when my inventory is full. I am also using a mod named Ars Neveau to collect all nearby items (in case it maybe just fell into the ground) and there was still no blood. I am on forge 1.18.2

Tried to replicate using Ice and Fire 2.1.12-1.18.2 and Citadel 1.11.3-1.18.2 with full inventory and the bottles were filled with dragon blood, as expected. I tested with only these 2 mods though.
