[Bug]: The animation of the amphipters does not work correctly. 1.20.1

What happened?

Greetings! The flight of the Amphiptera is not functioning properly. The animation is constantly buggy, while in those rare moments when it is NOT buggy, it is extremely slow, jerky, while the rotation animation is inverted. I should immediately note that it's hardly a matter of extraneous mods, since in order to make sure that the problem is not in my assembly, I created an absolutely clean assembly, in which there was nothing but ice and fire and citadel. The result is the same.

I forgot to add: This problem occurs when riding. Without a rider, their animation is fine.
