Whenever you click on 'Select from File' it crashes the game instantly. I have heard other people say it only happened to them the first time doing it after installing the mod but I have done it 3 times and still had the same issue.
I am using Local Looks version: locallooks-1.2.0-1.18.2.jar
and Citadel Version: citadel-1.11.1-1.18.2.jar
