Server not starting #824

After server reboot, server never start [12:36:14] [Server thread/WARN] [minecraft/Chunk]: Wrong location! Unfortunately, I don't support 1.12 anymore, but I would make sure you're on the latest version of rats. I think this was something that was fixed in a newer version.
