patients missing in GMA population

• There are 2003074 patients in GMAout 2016 and 1926976 in 2017
• But there are 2255111 patients in members file in 2016

I think I am missing the patients without any diagnosis, because I am doing an inner join between members and the dx file

• There are 2040953 patients with diagnoses in 2016, some of them may not be in members
