Add action to create release #43

[x] create new branch develop
[x] new MRs should default to develop
[x] MRs to master should trigger a new release
check if it's possible to create an automated release at all

I'm still trying to get this working, so the release could take some more time. @AjayShanker-geek if you have time, could you please check if you also experience a bit of a weird behaviour: basically when clicking on the menu items, the click sometimes isn't registered, and the windows (settings & about) don't appear. I thought it was a problem of the GitHub runner in the UI tests, but after exporting an achieved version of the app it also happened on my machine. SlimHUD.app.zip
