Materials file is incomplete

The materials.yml file is missing things like extractors.

For this issue, ensure that the following are added:

• [ ] generic extractors ('Extractor - Solid' instead of 'Extractor - Aluminum')
• [ ] power supplies

Also make sure to check the cargo capacity of the extractors. I know they have a little buffer of a few kg capacity.
