You can check which extension the item belongs to by clicking the Extra link. It is impossible to check which mode the elements belong to.
😲 Awesome, Thanks for the info!
About mods, what do you think on creating a file for that, and people would send PRs to make it grow bigger, so we would with time have a database with all the mods infos. You could make the 1st object with 1 Mod example and peoople will follow the logic and add more to it.
Cheers 🚀
I do not think this is real. Well, maybe only for the most popular mods, such as Thanks for post (Rating edition)
I used back in the days almost all best mods, as mchat, bbportal, prime mods, its a good list of them. Since I'll go trhough all of them to find where a phpbb_countries come from, I could use my time to populate this list too.
Hi there,
When we migrate from 3.0, we always suffer from a problem. Remove all the mods leftovers on database. Since I wanted to still keep some functionalities as thanks for posts related data, and many others mods (I had 140~150 mods installed) so it would be very time consuming to check all mods install files to figure out from which mods this data belongs. So I upgrade without deleting anything from 3.0. but now after installed all exts I need I decided to make some cleaning, but there is a catch, I don't have a clue which mod or ext each of this extra data belongs to. STK could check all migrations files and tell us where those extra tables/columns etc are coming from. I would quickly know that the extra columns are from thanks for posts ext or advanced polls or any other ext. And those without any reference would be from mods. That would be already awesome to have. But we could even go further and do the same for mods if it was possible, that would be hugely appreciated for many people.
This came to my mind when I feel the pain of this problem. I lost many hours checking for migrations of all exts (more then 50) and try to check some mods too but there is still one table (phpbb_countries) that I can't figure out which ext or mod were or is using it. Ofcourse we would need to have the store folder intact from 3.0 so this part could work) It we would need a database/file with all the mods, extensions database informations.
Thanks for all the great work with this tool.
