Cleaned up some of my mistakes in previous commits. Updated storage-blocks handling and Furnace recipes to always use Thermal Foundation blocks. Modified BC Stripes Pipe and AP Switch Pipe recipes.

I would say the only thing that needs to be fully finalized is some of the mob drops and dimension specific resources. I am going to be away for a large amount of this week too and ill struggle to find time to work on it. So it would be much appreciated if you could try that :D
