Hybrid Ardent, Psion, Battlemind Class Features Missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a Hybrid Ardent, Battlemind, or Hybrid Psion

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Mantle of Impulsiveness (Ardent) Persistant Harrier (Battlemind) and Shaper 
Focus (Psion) class features from the Psionic Power Handbook appear in the 
character builder however the Hybrid Variants of these features and their 
associated Hybrid Talent Feat options do not. I doubt it was intended to leave 
these options out simply because they are from a newer book than PH3 and thus 
are not in the wording for hybrids (though I could be wrong) especially when 
the Wild Focus battlemind feature from Dark Sun has a hybrid variant.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CBLoader 1.2.3 with WotC parts loaded

Vista 32 Home SP1

Please forgive me if the above post is not ment for here, I only recently found 
the CB loader (Yesterday) and since I love creating oddball or outside the box 
builds, I have cursed the Gutted 4.0 since it's pre-release inception. Only 
recently since finding resources like the CBloader that show everything that 
wizards finally PUT BACK into D&D have I found joy in character building beyond 
the 5 minute generic "cookie cutter" raiding builds that 4.0 introduced. As 
such I try as many wierd combos as I can think of which leads me to quickly 
find any functionality missing therein. A personal thank you to any and all 
developers on this project as I do not intend to "nag" or "nitpick".
