Integrate github-action for all existing branches

Right now, all test cases after any changes should be run manually. It generates a lot of manual verification after updating dependencies.

• Add "GitHub-actions" setup for the master branch
• Sync "GitHub-actions" with the koin branch
• Sync "GitHub-actions" with the dagger branch
• Sync "GitHub-actions" with the dagger-mock branch
