Add support for SpnegoContextToken tokens #11

As per reported issue, would be a good idea to add support for SPNEGO tokens

@andymain no timeline so far, and the future is obscure. Perhaps it would be easier to just fall back to IFD at the moment.

Any ideas when this will be looked at would love to have this working for a few deployments we would like to work with.

In terms of falling back to IDF, unfortunately, I'm not sure if this would be an option.

I've been trying to research what I would need to do to make this token type work with the toolkit, any pointers?

@andymain I'll be honest - it is not a high priority item and we have lots of other things in the pipeline to deal with (e.g. S2S authentication, migration to web api, etc). As this is an open source project, I suggest one of the two options:
